Preparing for Opening Day

Evaluate Season Ticket Sales

If season ticket sales are a large part of your revenue stream. It is time to have a meeting with your season ticket sales manager to see where you are to goal. Depending on your current numbers, it might be time to consider a big marketing push to help you hit your sales goal before opening day.

Finish Park Maintenance 

As a seasoned waterslide company, we know that park maintenance is a big part of the off-season. Whether the maintenance was relatively minor and centered around a deep cleaning. And fresh coat of paint or you went through a total renovation, things should be starting to wrap up. Check-in with your contractor, cleaning crew, and painter to make sure they’re all still on track to be finished on deadline.

Begin On boarding Seasonal Employees

Your park’s employees are the most important asset your business has. Without them, everything you do for your guests would be impossible. To ensure a successful summer for everyone, you want to start the onboarding process a couple of months out. Doing so will allow you ample time for training and if any problems arise. Run Safety Tests
