Splashtacular’s Restoration & Maintenance team gave new life to the Life Time Fitness waterslide tower in Chandler, Arizona, through a full structural and aesthetic overhaul. This comprehensive project included the removal and replacement of all landing and platform guardrails, installation of new powder-coated framing, and a complete repaint of all steel tower components using a high-solids polyurethane system for enhanced UV and corrosion resistance. The slide’s interior received deep cleaning, surface prep, and chip repair using Ashland Gelcoat with Duratec, restoring its glossy finish and smooth rider surface.

To improve safety and user experience, the tower was retrofitted with Smart Treads™ non-slip surfacing across all stairs, landings, and platforms—providing superior traction and durability under heavy daily use. The refreshed structure not only meets today’s safety and performance standards but also exemplifies Splashtacular’s commitment to helping facilities “Keep It New™” through expert restoration. The result is a clean, bright, and long-lasting transformation that reinvigorates the guest experience while extending the tower’s service life for years to come.
