Every slide we build undergoes a rigorous engineering process, including:

• Ride Path Analysis: Computer-generated simulations assess speed, angles, and transitions to prevent steep drops, sharp turns, or other potential safety concerns.
• Load Testing: We analyze how rider height, weight, and water flow affect the ride experience.
• Structural Integrity Checks: Our engineering team evaluates how slides withstand weight distribution, weather conditions, and continuous use.

High-Quality Materials & Customization

Durability is just as important as design. We use reinforced fiberglass to create slides that are built to last. Clients can choose from over 188 colors, along with custom LED lighting, music, and visual effects to make their attraction truly unique. Our Keep It Shiny™ topcoat adds long-term protection, reducing maintenance needs and eliminating the hassle of frequent repainting.

Beyond aesthetics, we consider the longevity and efficiency of each structure. We offer hybrid fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP)/HDG steel as a corrosion-resistant alternative to steel, ideal for humid environments or facilities looking to minimize maintenance.

Installation & Certification

Once the structure is built, our work as a water slide maker isn’t done. Our technicians inspect and certify every slide before it opens. This includes:

• Checking all bolts for proper installation and security
• Inspecting fiberglass for cracks or imperfections
• Adjusting water pressure for optimal flow and rider experience
• Ensuring compliance with our rigorous safety standards and local regulations

Our testing doesn’t stop with structural integrity—we also conduct real-world ride tests to confirm the experience meets our quality and excitement standards.

After passing all inspections, we move into on-site crew training. We educate lifeguards, aquatic directors, and maintenance teams on proper slide operation, safety protocols, and guest experience best practices. Each client also receives a comprehensive manual with guidelines on maintenance, guest safety, and daily operations.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

A water attraction is an investment, and we help protect that investment with ongoing support. Our Keep It New™ maintenance program provides routine inspections, fiberglass resurfacing, and repairs to keep slides looking and performing like new.

We also offer restoration services for aging attractions, allowing facilities to upgrade without a full replacement. Whether it’s minor touch-ups or major refurbishments, our team ensures every slide remains in top condition for years to come.
